Antisa (Cataratto ’18) –
Antisa is waiting, full of expectations and plans, dreams and trust. It is our Catarratto, of the oldest, “common” type, typical of our territory, but now less and less widespread. In Regaleali it is grown up to 900 meters for a typical aroma with notes of pink grapefruit.

Perfect throughout the meal, it goes well with fish menus. Absolutely to try with a good marinara risotto.
Color: it presents itself to the eye with a typically straw color.
Aroma: the aromas that envelop the nose tell aromatic notes, from which touches of pink grapefruit, capers, peach and ripe pear emerge.
Flavor and texture: on the palate it is light, thin and delicate, with a sip from which a light sapid vein emerges.
