Contrada Cavaliere (Carricante Etna Bianco Superiore ’17) –
The Etna Bianco DOC “Contrada Cavaliere” is born from the bunches of carricante raised in the Contrada of the same name located 950 meters above sea level. The bunches are harvested strictly by hand and subjected to a soft pressing, before undergoing a vinification in steel at a controlled temperature. The aging on the noble lees in the same tanks has a minimum duration of 12 months. From one of Etna’s most suitable vineyards, a white wine with sincere territorial expressiveness.

TASTING NOTES
Color: bright straw with greenish reflections.
Aroma: gives the nose intense sensations of white-fleshed fruit, spring flowers and citrus fruits, on a typical flint background.
Flavor and texture: in the mouth it is supported by a lively acidity, which finds in the sapidity the ideal support. Persistent, it closes with a memory of anise and sweet almond.
