Terre della Baronia (Cataratto ’18) –
Particular selections of an ancient Calabrese biotype commonly known in the Campobello di Licata area as Inzolia Rosa cultivated in the Munti area. Pink color with purple hues. Fine hints of dog rose, raspberries, plums with light mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh and pleasant with returns of small red fruits, aromatic herbs and a sinuous final savory trail.
